Los hospitales en San Antonio siguen atrayendo a los mejores profesionistas, uno de cada seis empleados trabaja en el Sector Salud y la Industria de Biociencia. Los servicios de salud incluyen los sectores Civiles, Militares, y Organizaciones Gubernamentales. San Antonio es sede de algunos de los Hospitales Militares más importantes de Estados Unidos.
